The Eutiquio DUROC Shoulder is a special and unique piece, coming from high-quality Duroc breed females and castrated males, with a high percentage of fat infiltration. This natural product with a high percentage of proteins and monounsaturated fatty acids also provides us with vitamin B1, Zinc, and Magnesium. In addition, our ham has a low amount of salt, making it a recommended food for a balanced diet.
