Each ham piece is pampered and cared for throughout its process, combining traditional know-how with the latest technological innovations for process control, food safety, and achieving the highest quality standards.
A slow curing of more than 18 months achieves a final product with a magnificent uniform appearance, rosy color, great aroma, and excellent flavor. We do not alter the product; we take advantage of favorable external conditions, temperature, and humidity, to optimize its curing and favor the quality of the ham.
Once the pieces reach the desired curing, we perform all types of boning and preparation to adapt to the tastes and preferences of our customers.
